How long are processing times?
Order processing times are different than the shipping times shown at check-out. Please take this into consideration when calculating shipping times at checkout.
All orders are processed within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive another notification email with the tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or delays due to the postal service that are outside of our control.What are your shipping rates?
At Gigi & Poppi, we strive to be authentic. Therefore, we offer calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can see in real time what it costs to ship your item based on weight and size of package.
Do you offer international shipping?
We only offer domestic shipping. No international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you have a free shipping minimum?
We offer free domestic shipping (3-4 business days) on orders over $100.
Who are your shipping carriers?
We currently ship using USPS. You have five different options to choose from when selecting your shipping method.
- USPS First Class Package: 1-3 business days
- USPS Parcel Select Ground: 2-8 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (Delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions). Next day delivery is available to most US addresses.
Please note that these shipping times are estimated times and there are no guaranteed shipping times. Gigi & Poppi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local USPS.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
What if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return items?
We want to make it right! Your 100% satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gigi & Poppi and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. You have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Does Gigi & Poppi pay for shipping on returned items?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returned items.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (using the email format below). We will respond within two business days to communicate the status of your return.

- If the item (s) you received are damaged please attach photos of the damaged item (s).
- When returned item is received, inspected and accepted, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. This cost will be subtracted from the refund issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final.
Can I exchange items?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When can I expect my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the shipping cost on your original payment method.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund can take up to ten business days to be credited back to your account.

We accept secure payments for domestic customers via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
How are your items sized?
Each product listed has a size guide in its description. We highly recommend using it as a guideline when purchasing. Our items are of generous sizing, for a comfortable fit with plenty of room for your little one to grow into.
