If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gigi & Poppi and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. You have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item. 

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Return Eligibility: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gigiandpoppi.com. We will respond within two business days to communicate the status of your return. 

Return Email Format:

Subject Line: Return Request- Order # (your order number)

  • Order # 
  • Item you are returning- including the size
  • Reason for return- Didn't like, wrong size, no longer wanted, item is damaged, other 
  • If the item (s) you received are damaged please attach photos of the damaged item (s). 
  • When returned item is received, inspected and accepted, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. This cost will be subtracted from the refund issued.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the shipping cost on your original payment method.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund can take up to ten business days to be credited back to your account.
